I have bet on countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager $5
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Bet $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
