I have played millions of rounds of blackjack. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of money at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar wager
Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
